New age lab tests like OGTT, Apo B, Lp(a), etc. can help accurately predict your risk of diseases like diabetes, heart attacks, cancer and dementia.
STEP 3

Join our longevity program

Programs include online training sessions with our longevity coaches focused on exercise, nutrition, sleep, and supplements.
STEP 4

Monitor progress

Work with your coach for the duration of the program and retest at the end to check progress.

FAQs

We are all going to die. How can APOE change this?

Absolutely, we are all going to die some day and we CANNOT change that. What we can do is increase our chances of being healthy and fit well into our 80s, 90s & beyond. The last decade of your life does not have to be full of aches, pains, and medications leading to a poor quality of life.

Is APOE a weight loss and/or fitness company?

NO. Here’s how we are different:

1) We have a single minded focus on longevity, which means living longer and healthier.

2) We believe a holistic approach that combines exercise, nutrition, sleep, supplements and emotional health is the best way to achieve our goals.

3) We do not believe in diet fads, extreme routines, and short term interventions. Solving the longevity puzzle needs a patient, step by step, long term approach.

Is everything you are saying backed by actual science?

You bet it is!! Thanks to medical advances, we know a lot more about longevity today than a decade ago. While the science is still evolving, there is enough information today for someone to bend the curve in their favour.

Sounds good in theory but how does this ACTUALLY work?

We do not stop at drafting plans and prescriptions. Our longevity coaches will work with you over online 1:1 sessions. They will also advise and keep track of your progress across exercise, nutrition, sleep and supplements.

How do I know I am getting better?

Key health and fitness biomarkers like lipid profiles, HbA1c, muscle mass, Vo2 max and others will be tested regularly to see if they are trending in the right direction. You will have objective ways to measure progress.
